These terms govern your use of the Owens Identity website and the design, development, and hosting services we provide. By using our site or hiring us, you agree to these terms.
Owens Identity provides logo and brand design, website design and development, business cards and email signatures, and website hosting and maintenance. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project are confirmed in a separate quote or project agreement before work begins.
Prices shown on this site are starting points; final pricing depends on your project's scope. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Hosting is billed monthly and continues until cancelled.
Payment terms (including any deposit) are set out in your project agreement. Monthly hosting fees are billed in advance. Late or missed hosting payments may result in suspension of hosting services after reasonable notice.
Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, defined in your quote. Once you approve a final deliverable, additional changes may be billed separately.
Upon full payment for a project, ownership of the final approved deliverables transfers to you. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing unless you request otherwise in writing. Preliminary concepts and unused drafts remain our property.
Hosting is provided on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Standard plans cover typical brochure sites; sites that store logins or customer data require a Secure plan with additional upkeep.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Owens Identity is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
Either party may end an ongoing engagement (such as hosting) with reasonable written notice. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our site or services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
